Half of the iron-on patch was messed up as if from heat damage, so the other character in the image is blurred and unrecognizable. That's not the part that bothers me the most. I took so much time searching online for a hat with the most characters on it. Apparently, that's what my niece wanted. Although it's changed now, when I ordered, this website did not state the pink hat as having a different image as the black hat. Needless to say, I received a hat with only 2 characters on it which I could have ordered anywhere for a lot cheaper! That's how we learn, I guess. The gloves are fine...
