This is a neat concept but it needs something... My daughter loves it and carries it around in her purse all the time. we have lost a couple of the face plates so we can't talk with some of the princesses any more. maybe that is what it needs a small carrying case that is attached to the back of the phone. but it's fun and everyone here get a kick out of talking with the princesses!

I am surprised to see that this item still works 2 years later, even with the same batteries. I just cant find all the darn covers. Not that it matters. She only likes Cinderella anyway. But its a very great product and very durable. My lil one thinks shes a diva on her phones. Too bad there is more options of phones now for kids. I think she owns ever princess phone ever made. If I had to buy this again as a flip phone or even a blackberry(sidekick) style. I would get it in a heartbeat.

My 4 year old loved this phone. It's easy to take the covers on and off, she loves the princess themes. Each cover speaks as a different princess. I only wish we could keep track of all the covers!
