Zipper broken upon arrivalJun 11, 2009
Bag looks nice with a space for a water bottle and school supplies. However the zipper was broken when the backpack arrived, it would zip up only so far and then it would separate where it had already been zipped. We returned it to amazon and found one at a neirborhood toy store that had the same problem. We'll be looking for a different elmo backpack for my son.
