Bag was too small, not a regular sized bag but it came with a regular sized price. No reply from their customer service people. Product was returned right away but I was hit with a restock fee anyway. Won't order from this company again.

MY TWINS AND MY NEPHEW LOVED THE BACKPACKS. THEY ARE JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR 7 YEARS OLDS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I ONLY WISH THEY HAD MORE VARIETY TO PICK FROM.

 Great for a pre-schooler through KAug 16, 2007
Fortunately, we bought this for our 3.5 year old, because it would be no where near the size necessary for anyone in the 1st grade or beyond. That said, for my pre-schooler it is perfect. Wouldn't recommend this due to its size for anyone beyond kindergarten.
