Superbackpack.com is a division of, and is owned and operated by Big & Little, Inc., a California corporation. By using this site, you signify your assent to these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site. Superbackpack.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, delete, alter, or update these Terms at any time. You are advised to check these Terms regularly for changes. Your continued use of the products and services offered by superbackpack.com, will mean you agree to be bound by, and to comply with these Terms, and by all modifications, updates or alterations of these Terms.

Returns

We will only accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the merchandise is returned unopened and in its original carton or package with all parts. For practical purpose, the shipping date is the purchase date.

If an item is returned for credit due to any reason, there is a 15% restocking fee deducted from the net purchase price.  The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If an item is returned for an exchange whether it's defective or for any other reason, it will be treated as a return and a new shipment. You will not receive credit for the original shipping charges of the returned item and you will be required to pay for the shipping charges of the replacement unit.
