Transport Damage and shortage claims need to be filed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. 

If you received a faulty item (manufacturer defect), and need to exchange it for the same item, please mail it back within 15 days of receipt to:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund. 20% restocking fee, and the cost of s/h or the higher of actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.  **  (Items should be returned in their original condition and product packaging.  Please also reference the Order ID on the box). **

** Special order and made to order items are not returnable ** Examples are bedding and home decor items by Sports Coverage and Fanmats **

Items returned after the initital 30 days period are only accepted if there is a prior agreement or an additional 10% processing fee will be deducted.

Items purchased outside of US are not returnable due to the high cost of shipping.
