Over 95% of orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days of purchase. Actual delivery time depends on where it's going and how it is being shipped.  For standard shipping, it is usually 5 to 10 days transit time (to most parts of the continental US).  We also offer expedited, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipping options (transit time estimate does not include Holiday or weekends).  For example if an order ships Next Day on Friday, it will arrive on Monday, and if Monday is a Holiday, then the package will arrive on Tuesday. 

Shipping handling rate for standard shipping is $ 5.99 per order + $ 1.25 per pound weight.  For example.  Shipping a backpack that weighs 1.5 Lb, the standard shipping rate would be $ 5.99 + 2.50 = $ 8.49

　

** If an order is made by mistake, you can generally cancel the order through your order status page within 3 hours of placing the order **  Once the order is processed, it's usually very difficult to cancel especially during the peak seasons.  But if you wish to cancel an order for whatever reason, please have the order# ready and CALL TO SPEAK TO A live representative to try canceling the order.  We can't guarantee that it can be canceled, but we always try our best to help.

Please don't send emails to cancel an order because usually by the time we read your email, it will be too late to cancel anyway.  We are not responsible for shipping cost after your order has been processed.
